Since 2018, we have been working with our own small packaging machine at Poppe Landbouw in Nagele (Noordoostpolder). This machine can package onions in net bags from 150 grams up to 2 kg with your label. We can sort and package onions for our customers in any desired final packaging, and that means not only for growers but also onion processors.
Every type of packaging is possible
In addition to net bags up to 2 kg, Poppe Landbouw can also package onions in larger net bags with 10 to 25 kg or loose in boxes or crates containing 1 to 20 kg. A major advantage of sorting and packaging the onions at Poppe Agriculture is the resulting higher level of quality, because there is no need for intermediate transport or processing. And your onions can be packed in any desired packaging type and volume.
